Nepal is very rich in cultures and traditions. And that is mostly reflected by Nepali cuisines. Nepalese foods are not only rich in taste or flavor, but also in wide varieties of culture. There are varieties of dishes eaten on different occasions. The meal below is called “Chaurasi Byanjan”. It consists of 84 different dishes. The word “Chaurasi” means 84 in Nepali and Byanjan means food. That is why this meal is named as “Chaurasi Byanjan”. And this meal is usually eaten in weddings and weaning ceremonies but you can always find these in some restaurants.
