Iranian football(soccer) commentator tries to speak English

This guy "Javad Khiabani" is the most famous football(soccer) commentator in Iran and he's trying to ask: Why your team didn't go to the world cup after 1994?

of course Iran has better and literate commentators, but this one is the government's pet so he get's the important jobs and reports. and like most everybody working in or with the Iran's government, he's not qualified for the job at all.
