Failed to upvote bids due to RPC error
Almost all bid bots have issues early today so @upme fail to upvote the posts.
Don't worry @upme support the refund policy if your post is not upvoted you need to claim the refund see the procedure at the end of the post.
What to do if your post is not upvoted?
Send a memo to @suggeelson in following format - Missed upvote, bid value, sender, url
Example: Missed upvote, 2 SBD, @user, https://steemit.com/kr/@user/6w38n6
Writing comments in other users post about a refund, or in @upme posts, or my posts ( @suggeelson ) will not be tolerated as valid refund procedure and not be refunded.

The issue is you don't describe where and how to send you a memo.
The only way to message someone is in comments, steemit.chat or discord.
I'm also confused what you mean.

Well is simple wallet message, the process is similar to send money to someone just make sure the amount is 0.001

Oh i see you dont understand what memo is. Memo is the content of the transaction same as sending money to someone and leave the note. I will proceed the refund anyway but for a feature just do it right.
