orange is a testy fruit and we can
get much vitamin C and it's very
important food for human body

it can make perfect our body and very
healthy and tasty food,
so we should try to eat this kind of
food more and keep it in your daily food list

طعام صحي و لذيذ
لذلك يجب أن نحاول تناول هذا النوع من
الطعام أكثر واحتفظ بها في قائمة الطعام اليومية
