[Revised Set 2] eSteem Gamification Badge Recommendations

So yesterday, I posted my gamification badge design suggestions for eSteem by @good-karma. Based on the feedback that I have received, I have updated the badges and added 2 more badges for the set:

Now, there are 5 tiers, with the following description:

Lieutenant

Commander

Captain
