PACcoin UP or Down???

Will the PACcoin price go up or down this weekend? Will the price spike with the release of their new and improved website on Monday? What about the rest of crypto markets that have been on a purge this last week. What are your predictions and reasons.
I think there may be a slight recovery and upswing on PACcoin by Monday but I am just hopeful. There will most likely be a jump in PACcoin price close to February first because of the transfer about to happen then. Anybody have news? Will PACcoin be on new exchanges soon? Hoping to see some movement upward with this People's coin soon.
