How could anyone do this to such a beautiful animal!!!!😢☠🙏 Starved nearly to DEATH. Only 2 months and we were in awwwww!!!

This video is about our horse named INTOGO. He has been with us 17 years and well cared for. Upon moving, our neighbor, of 10 years, said she loved him and would care for him until we could find a good place. We paid for everything that was asked of us ($$$$$$$$) to keep him safe. You think you know someone and TRUST them and this is what happens. According to our VET, he was days from death. This has put our family in financial crisis as well as distress.
