Shawarma Rice

Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a popular rice dish. Shawarma Rice is somehow a deconstructed form of shawarma in a way that it is not wrapped in pita bread but rather it is placed on top of seasoned rice. Pieces of seasoned meat, tomato, lettuce, dill, cucumber, and drizzles of shawarma sauce (which is a garlic sauce with greek yogurt and tahini) is placed on top of deliciously seasoned rice.
