HIVE Dollar Transfer Issue: Transaction Successful on Ecency but Not Showing in Binance

I am facing an issue and need your assistance.

I transferred HIVE Dollar from my Ecency.com account to my Binance wallet. The transaction status on Ecency.com shows as successful, but the amount is not reflecting in my Binance account.

Binance support is asking for the TxID/TxHash, but I cannot find this information on Ecency.com. I’ve checked multiple times on Ecency.com, but the transaction ID or hash is not available.

Date and Time of Transfer: [21-1-2025 and 7:15PM]
Amount Transferred: [1.423 HBD]

Transaction Status on Ecency.com: Successful
Has anyone faced a similar issue?

Is there a way to find the TxID or TxHash on Ecency.com?
