So, it looks like the USA is seeking war with oil tankers? Was the crew not looking, or was the power saving on so that the radars was switched off.
The 2nd incedent in 3 months.

Are the crew men bying their way to the top, like politicians?

Or was a secret stealth tanker from Russia?

But at the end of the day is the USA must stop telling everbody else what to do and start looking at it self first.
