Temporary Roof

My chicks before I got them out.

I have lots of chicks at home, like around 20 heads and my Mom wants me to house them here at the back of the store.

The thing is, I have 6 heads here and I need to get them out of the 2 rooms first. They're big enough to be tied up outside and enjoy the dirt and rice bran.

There's a space near the toilet but it doesn't have roof if I want to keep the "teenage" chickens tied up.

So here what I did.

Yes, I sew 6 pieces of sacks together. I asked my brother to buy me a big enough needle and get it done.

Here it is, so unstable looking but I tried my best to tie up each corner to fasten it.

The shade is good enough.
I'm satisfied of what I did. Haha

Maybe tomorrow, I'll house on house those newly weaned chicks here.

Today's Wednesday and it's our town's market day as to why I had the time to do what I did.

I feel like I'm really comfortable being so busy that I can't sit still with my head thinking so much and my hands not busy.

Great thing to be productive, really.

Always praying for a good health though for I'm suffering canker sore now due to too much heat.

If it will rain, uh, I'll figure it out how to keep my chickens safe.

Hopefully. Haha

Thank you for reading this far.
I really appreciate it.

To more DIY for me.🤭

All photos are mine.
