California's Bristlecone Pine Forest

I have been hard at work finishing the developing of my last road trip. Now you can see the photos from my trek to the Bristlecone Pine Forest at my photo gallery!

If you are ever in the Easter Sierra of California driving near Bishop and see a sign saying "Bristlecone Forest," go visit if you have an afternoon or morning available. It is very well worth it. And if it is a hot day as it can be in the summer on the valley floor (when i was there it was nearing 105f) I found it to be in the 60's up above 10,000 feet where the forest is!
