David Hogg's father is a CIA agent who is grooming David to be a CNN reporter through Operation Mockingbird which they claim they stopped doing but it is more prevalent than ever. The CIA is run by the new world order crowd who seek to disarm Americans making control much easier and the general public much more submissive allowing them to take even more rights. But they know it must start with the guns. David's mother also with project Mockingbird works for CNN and is opening the door for her son to become a household name and a rock star news anchor who can influence the public to give up their rights and means of defense against tyranny. I don't think they will be successful in this but they sure are giving it all they got, and the worst that can happen is their son gets a multi-million dollar contract by 18 with CNN.
