Vortex's website has been successfully completed a few moment ago, you can visit it or check it below to know more about it. For those who would have missed the announcement, Vortex is a chat application that works with the Steem blockchain and P2P technologies.

can you describe ELI5 how does it work? does it send encrypted texts that only 2 parties can read or what happends there exactly ?
Yes
It's more complex to achieve such a security, so for nerds to dig into it, all specs will be precisely and concisely described in the next post which will come very soon.
