The daily drink #1

Closing off the working week with a calvados today. I received this bottle originally as a gift from my parents. It is a delicious treat. I rarely open it in summer time though, since in winter, the smell of fresh apples is a real reminder of summer.

This has an age statement of XO, this stands for eXtra Old, meaning that it has spent at least 6 years in oak barrels, of which at least 25% should be new barrels.
