Mongolia: Book Tours Locally

So after experiencing the wonderful 29 hour train journey from Beijing, China to Ulan-Bator, Mongolia....I can safely say I was very happy to have been able to take a shower today in the hotel I’m staying at :)

A good travel tip I wanted to recommend if you ever travel Mongolia is to make sure you book your tours locally and not beforehand online. The differences between price can vary from $370 per person (online pre-booking) vs$420 total for a group of three people. and this is referring to a two night/three day tour
