Read !!! He is not New !!

I greeted him in French which is an indication that I read. I can see from his reputation that he is not entirely new and just only 7 days old from my check now. What is more important is the fact that I can see that he is not a user of any of these applications that I am promoting.

In all, I did not notice he is abusing this tag!
