Endless Needs!
Approx. 1 month before I met one of my childhood friend who was going for an interview. He told me that he had given nearly 10 interviews and was not selected in any of them.
He was sounding nervous but at the end of the day he got selected.
Later, just 2 days before, we coincidentally met at a car shop. We talked and I came to know that he didn't join that company because he got a better offer afterwards.
What I mean to say is that why did he wasted someone's seat. He was previously disheartened but when he got the job he became selfish. If he got selected in one company why can't he just join that.
He created problem for two people :
- The company's HR
- The unselected candidate whose job he ate up.
Man's need are endless. But we should learn some professional ethics.

this is very bad behavior, such person never thinks about other problems.
hiring companies must sign a agreement for a job period like 2-4-6 years and hiring companies may deposit candidate's original documents as a security.
