How? Why? again

It's about the Chaos Agent. The opponent and I both have Chaos Agent. But mine is faster. If you notice, My feral Spirit with speed of 6 missed the opponent's Chaos Agent. again, My uraeus with speed 4 missed the opponent's Chaos Agent. But my Chaos Agent was 1 hit my the opponent's Stitch Leach with speed of 2. So How did this happen? Please help me understand.

This would almost always happen to me.
