[Fruit Sandwich]
Colorful fruits covered with white whipped cream, what a lovely combination it is. Like a piece of fruits cake, sweet cream and fresh fruits will make a harmony in your mouth. Strawberry, grapes, kiwi. Add another fruits to your preference! Why don’t you make fruit sandwiches and pack them for the picnic this weekend?

2 pieces
4 white bread slices
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons sugar
4 strawberries
1 kiwi
4~5 grapes
1/2 canned peach

STEP 1) Place heavy cream and sugar in a bowl, whip for 1 min using a hand blender. STEP 2) Cut strawberries into halves and cut kiwi into quarters. Pick 4~4 grapes separately and set aside. Drain canned peach and remove the moist from the surfaces. STEP 3) Spread whipped cream on white bread, place fruits and another slice of white bread on top of the fruit. STEP 4) Wrap the sandwich with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 mins and cut into 2 pieces. STEP 5) Wrap the sandwich and decorate it to your preference.
