Ride 2

Well this could get boring fast, anyone want to do this for me? I've had enough already.

I was totally burnt out from the training session yesterday that i couldn't even do an hour today, resting up now ready for a better ride tomorrow.

Any word of encouragement welcome... I'm looking at doing the Ride London event, it actually falls on my birthday, its like 100 miles in a day and i can raise some money for charity.
