🍆Tonight's Dinner: Eggplant Freestyle 茄子刈包?🍆

My wife really hates eggplant dishes, therefore I've been trying to find a way to make it acceptable to her. Tonight I've finally figured out an eggplant dish that she actually likes: Roast Eggplant.

Cut an eggplant into 4-5cm pieces and slice those pieces from the middle(but don't slice through completely.)
Spread some miso on one side and sprinkle some black peppers, then put it into an oven for ~10 mins.
Add some salmon floss on top of eggplants and another 5 mins in the oven
At last, sprinkle some chopped coriander and some Tabasco on top, and it's done!

S一直很討厭吃茄子，所以煮出一道能讓她吃下的菜一直是我的目標。終於今天在我亂搞之下做出了她覺得可以接受的菜:烤茄子。

先把茄子切成4-5公分的塊狀，再從中間橫切，但不要切斷。抹一些味噌，灑一些胡椒，拿進烤箱烤10分鐘。拿出來後再擺上一些鮭魚酥，再烤5分鐘。最後再撒上一些香菜及淋上從京都帶回來的紫蘇梅子辣椒醬。因為之前沒有切斷，所以可以直接兩面夾起來吃，有點像吃刈包的感覺。至於味道嘛，不是老王賣瓜，真的還蠻好吃的。😛不同的醬料沒有違和感，口感也不像一般茄子那麼軟嫩，所以S才吃的下。
