STEEM POWER NOT WORKING

There was a network update, the interest rate or "inflation" rate has gone down.

Ya I've noticed that last couple of days I haven't been getting jack shit.

Do you know what the new formula is?

I don't think I would have powered up if I knew they were going to change the rate in the short term. I should have cashed out it seems a long time ago and not powered up.

Where are you guys living? We all talk about hard fork and new economy model for at least 3 weeks now.

Seriously. This was first announced over a month ago. It's been the buzz around here ever since. Plenty of blogging, chats, and even podcasts/live chats discussed it. It was pretty hard to miss.

Out of the country and right back to work the last 3 weeks actually. Trying to catch up.

Just around 1.5% yearly. This will be healthy for Steem, no more releasing 100 million a year.. price should continue to go up long term, instead of the death spiral it was in from all the dilution.

What's the case for powering up now for 1.5 %. Do steem dollars still get 10 %

Buzz around here not not in the main stream. It's easy to miss. I log into my other social media accounts like linkedin or facebook once a month. Steemit.com also once a month. I used twitter and instagram daily. Stop acting like Steemit is for everyone. The content still sucks and has a long way to go. Since you know everything about everything help w the power down formula. How long will it take to power down.

Well that is your choice. 1.5% interest is better than any bank out there today. I would take STEEM over any bank account.
