How to Prep Your Cannabis Plant for Whole Plant Fresh Frozen to be Used for Live Rosin or Resin.
This is a short video I made to show how I prefer to have my material prepped for hash production!
Important points:
Cut off any fan leaves or any sugar leaves that are sticking out further than the cola.
If the buds are dense consider cutting further nodes so there is more surface area. More surface area gives the trichome heads more opportunities to fall off during the wash.
You CAN put material right into a wash without freezing (I have been told it is amazing!). Otherwise, allow the material to freeze for 24 hours before washing.

I can only see the sugar leaves worth it if you have a very large operation. Man my Gina must of been sleeping, or maybe me lol did not see this post till now . Looking for forward to the next process!

Exactly, This is for hash rosin so I want the best material I can, sugar leaves not included! If I had a large indoor I would consider saving it for just smoking hash (not rosin) runs otherwise I save my trim and sugar leaves from outdoor to do large hash runs.
Sugar leaves and trim do not make good enoug hash to press for rosin. Some people can air dry and dry sift dabbable hash, I am not one of them ;)
