Day 3: The Trekking Continues
Hello my Steemit friends and thanks for coming to check out Day 3 of my Myanmar challenge. Today is about the second day of my three day trek from Kalaw to Inle Lake.
We were up early for a quick breakfast and then started out on another day of trekking. The first day we walked around 20 kilometers and then plan was to do the same for the second day.
The weather was even hotter than the day before but in the afternoon we found a cold water river and jumped in for a swim.
The second night we spent at a monastery playing football with the locals and watching the sun go down.
I am falling in love with this place!

What a beautiful journey. Thanks for sharing. That bridge doesn't look very stable though...
It didn't feel very stable either! We went across one at a time hoping it wouldn't break.
