Our Mae

I used to be a dog person. Never had or met a cat I could get along with the way I always got along with dogs, so I assumed all cats were a-holes. Enter Mae.

The day we brought Mae home in 2023, she wasn't alone. We also brought her brother with her, a black cat who we named Zuri. I love both these cats, but Mae chose me that day. I am her person. No idea why, she just latched onto me and hasn't let up since. She loves to be held, and if you're not paying attention she'll force her way into your arms, and before you realize it you're cradling a cat.
