Suggestions for a new steemer.

I might be new, but i might as well have some pointers out there as well.
What I recommend:
Constructive posts: Make sure your posts are well made and work with your tags.
Power/Money: 50/50 is if you like just posting, 100 power up if you want to gather revenue, and get tons of it after a few power-ups.
Good structure: Structure your posts so they are understandable
Grammer: You know what this is.
