it's not. This is pepe and he has been widely used by Trump supporters in their memes. Democrats think Trump=Hitler which is of course stupid because last time I checked there are no concentration camps in the U.S.

pepe is not. he started out as a cartoon character a guy drew.

if you head over to KnowYourMeme and look up pepe you will see. The creator killed hiim off in his own "book universe" because he didn't like how a few thousand people put nazi logos on pepe. 99.9999999% of all pepe memes are just fun stuff and .000000001% of them have something to do with nazis.

It is like saying drinking water means you are a nazi, because nazis did.
