리더는 어떤 사람이어야 하는가?
의사결정을 잘 못하지만 리더쉽이 있다? 전 그거 가능하지 않다고 봅니다.
리더의 큰 덕목중에 하나는 옳은 의사결정을 제때 하는것입니다. 이것이 리더쉽의 Starting Point라고 생각합니다.
