Pico de Gallo
My first dTube upload. I've had a YouTube channel since April, 2016 called The XSrian Cooking Show. I've decided to make a sister channel here on dTube/Steemit and edit down all my videos shorter to about 1 or 2 minutes at the most. This is the exact same video as I posted on YouTube about 1 year ago. I chose to post this video here first because it's a shorter format more similar to future videos I will be posting here.
Pico de Gallo is a popular Mexican condiment. The fresher the ingredients, the better the taste. It is very healthy. The seeds are the hottest part of the chili pepper. Remove for a milder taste. Wearing gloves with cutting hot peppers is recommended even though I don't.
INGREDIENTS
3 plum tomatoes (diced)
2 red onions (dices)
A big handful of fresh cilantro
Juice of half a lime
Sea salt
Serve of top of Chicken Quesadillas

I may find something that looks interesting and then go on to alter the recipe by adding spices, things of my own. I also look for time-saving recipes, dishes that can be prepared ahead and stored.
I cook in bulk a lot too. I don't usually use measuring cups. I just eyeball and make up recipes as I go.
