Take another photo with the image and a piece of paper saying Steemit + Yanik and that will verify your identity without question. Then @cheetah will be able to unban you.

As it stands, you could just have stole the identy of someone named Yanik from deviantart and the likes.

If you can do this to remove any uncertainty, I will do everything within my power to assist you in restoring the reputation of your account.
