Curation Reward Question

You can earn curation rewards via early up voting a post. But the number of your curation rewards depends on your Steem Power and popularity of the post that you have upvoted.

Yes you can, but with low SP you won't get much Curation Rewards.

And when will I see it? How long after I upvote?

Hard to say, probably in a week.
