In twilight hush
In twilight hush, where shadows dance and play,
We miss our midnight silences of olden days.
When darkness fell, we'd find solace there,
Our thoughts, like stars, scattered everywhere.
The night was our confidant, our sanctuary,
Where whispers echoed softly, wild and free.
In those still moments, hearts could heal and mend,
And secrets kept were safe from prying eyes.
