Life wears us down, it wears down our exuberance, our confidence, our hopes and dreams.

Day by day we approach, in our shirts and ties briefcase in hand, working those 9-5 jobs to appease the many responsibilities in our lives.

It needs to be done though, to support ourselves, our families, those that rely on us.

To survive the constant grind we need that R&R , Rest and Relaxation. We need to step away and refresh ourselves. Take time out to spend with our families or partaking in our favourite hobbies to help our soul replenish its motivation.
