Several advices to keep your teeth healthy...!
The golden rule.
● if you can clean your teath evrey day you can discard your dentist ❤
●eat only three times daily
(no snaks)
●do not drink (pepsi_coca cola_seven up) becuse it contain hy lival of acids
● try to eat vigitabels and fruits evrey day , it's contain fibers😍
●do not drink cofee , tee evrey day
(Yor teeth became yellow )
■■do not smoke!!
Go to dentist evrey 6 monthes ❤
