what is consciousness
ive asked myself the question today. what is consciousness... i went on a long long journey of the mind trying to figure it out.

referencing westworld ford is incorrect when he assumes there is no consciousness... there are too many experiences and too much evidence to the contrary.

i know it cannot be destroyed. i know it is part of me. i know that when i think of it its meaning alludes me.
can it be the body?

no. the body can be destroyed and when it is killed and decays i live on as another form waiting to be reincarnated.
can it be the brain? no my mind exists separate from the brain. and my astral body exists separately from my brain.

can it be the mind? no. i have too many experiences to the contrary. such as astral projecting.
the astral body exists separately from the mind brain and body. can it be the astral body? not a chance. the astral body returns to the body when either tired or compelled.

will i ever figure it out? probably not. consciousness and the soul are probably the same thing. one cannot ascertain the location nor nature of the soul.

the Academics think it is just an illusion and caused by mechanical glitches. yeah PhD. don't believe in the Spirit, and they want to reduce it to that word 'consciousness' such a soul-less word itself.
i think the academics who proport to be experts on things of theuniverse-plane-existance should look inward before even beginning to investigate the things that are not of the universe-plane-existance they simply arent equipped to handle such questions until they have atleast experienced astral projection. perception is not fact. but when you percieve things that are clearly foreign to the mind. it simply cannot be a mind-trip. and is therefore more valid than most scientific answers.
