Hoy he comenzado el día con mucho ánimo y con la bendición de nuestro creador. A pesar del sol radiante de hoy domingo, salí a hacer unas diligencias. Entre ir y venir, encontré en el camino descansando debajo de un árbol de pumalaca a unas ovejas pegadas de una pared que les regalaba sombras y vestía el suelo con sus flores de color llamativo.

Me encontré a una corta distancia, a pesar de que no ha llovido una palmera cargada de sus frutos y un color muy peculiar. El árbol me llamó la atención, era parecido al que crece en los morichales.

En el continuar de mi caminata observé un árbol que estaba floreado y recordé que este es el mes donde los árboles se engalanan y nos muestran lo mejor de sí, ahora nos toca a nosotros los seres humanos cuidarlos porque son los árboles la vida nos dan el oxígeno para el andar y sus sombras para el descansar.

Today I started the day in high spirits and with the blessing of our creator. In spite of the radiant sunshine today, I went out to run some errands. In between going and coming, I found on the way resting under a pumalaca tree some sheep stuck to a wall that gave them shadows and dressed the ground with its brightly colored flowers.

I found a short distance away, even though it had not rained, a palm tree loaded with its fruits and a very peculiar color. The tree caught my attention, it was similar to the one that grows in the morichales.

As I continued my walk I observed a tree that was in bloom and I remembered that this is the month where the trees are adorned and show us their best, now it is up to us humans to take care of them because the trees are the life that give us the oxygen to walk and their shadows to rest.
