Coinbase Not Working? HELP!

Hello, I was interested in buying some cryptocurrency and hear that coinbase was the best place to buy it.
When I signed up, put in my documents and my credit card i got the following error.

Does anyone else have this issue? Am I the only one? Is there a way to fix it? Thanks in advance. I will tip the person with most helpful suggestion and best answers. Thanks!
