I use https://imgur.com/ to upload my pictures. No registration needed, but possible.
Then klick right on the uploaded picture, chose 'open in new tab' and copy the image url. They must end at .jpg or .png or .gif.
Use this URL in your post as it is.
Sorry for my english, I'm german :)
