I know that in the technology world anything might be achievable, but hey, I am not so sure if there are vehicles that can run forever, or maybe 300,000 miles none stop without any problem.

Even if they could, they would never sell them. This is because it would kill their sales. No need for a new one ;)
Maybe one day they'll make it.
But even if they succeed in these years, I am not sure they will be able to go into mass production...

Hahaha, why do you think they'll not be able to mass produce? I know such vehicles will be dead expensive.
I thought of this as much. Imagine a car that can go all those miles without any hitches, if I have my way I'll buy up to 10 so it will last me many decades lol 😀
