不要追高，NEW牛顿是火币IEO第二期的项目，开盘上涨5.6倍 ，昨天一度到达0.1元人民币，这样一个新项目，流通100亿，总量1000亿，刚上交易所流通市值就达到了10亿元人民币，在现在这样一个主流币都跌去了90%的时机，理性投资者都不应该去追高买入。
巴菲特的投资名言，看到一个200斤的人，不用去分析就知道他是一个胖子。
流通市值10亿元人民币的新项目是不是个泡沫呢？
