Introduction

Hello!

My name is Zoe and I'm currently a 4th year Bachelor of Fine Art student at Emily Carr University of Art & Design, in Vancouver, BC. I am Cree and Ukrainian and was born and raised in Saskatoon, SK, Canada. I am a competitive snowboarder and coach on the First Nations Snowboard Team and have been snowboarding for over 10 years. Through my deep love of our natural ecosystems and compassion for others, I yearn to spread the positive and liberating effects that snowboarding and making art have had for me. I will be posting my art and photos/videos of me snowboarding here, as well as eventually sharing personal stories and lessons learned. I look forward to what Steemit has to offer us and am happy to become a part of this online community!
