How to give away something on Steemit.

Hi again boys and girls and everything in between.

I've come looking to crowd source an answer.

I have a digital item I'd like to give away yo one lucky Steem user. Something to the effect of, upvote the list, get entered. Draw a number and winner gets the code.

But how would one give away something to someone without everyone getting the code.
