Steem power question
Since I am still fairly new to Steemit I have a question.
I decided that when I make posts I would set it to 100% steam power, so I could increase my posting and curating affluence. And I recently made a post that said it generated $142.66 which when I saw it made my eyes grow crazy big.
Still figuring out the week payout thing so I checked my wallet and I see that now my steem power is 1.350 with (+27.691 Steem) which to me seems rather small.
Can someone please explain it too me? Or send me a link to something that will. I have done a few searches for it without much luck.
And one last additional question. When you power down I understand it converts your steam power to steam and takes 1-2 years to do so, but how do you know how much steem the steempower will convert too?

Hey @zombebyte. It has to pass 7 days from publishing the post until the payout. So, you'll have to wait one more day since your post is 6 days old.
Regarding power down, your payout will be divided into 13 equal parts in 13 weeks (3 months).
