Me había decidido a participar en el reto de una imagen para el juego de Tower Defense. De hecho hice todo el trabajo pero debido al tiempo y otras situaciones personales no logré llegar a tiempo para postearlo. Y me dió tristeza no poder participar. Y me desinflé 😔
Sin embargo, lo voy a postear como un objeto de arte,que es lo que siempre hago por estos lados de HIVE, ya que es algo que me entretiene y me centra la atención, me olvido de problemas y me ayuda a seguir adelante.
Quiero presentarles el trabajo que hice. Este serviría como parte de los poderes en una carta y representa el poder que tiene, que es el de dar vidas al personaje.

I had decided to participate in the challenge of an image for the game of Tower Defense. In fact I did all the work but due to time and other personal situations I couldn't make it in time to post it. And it made me sad not to be able to participate. And I deflate 😔

However, I am going to post it as an art object, which is what I always do around HIVE, since it is something that entertains me and focuses my attention, I forget about problems and it helps me to move on.
I want to introduce you to the work I did. This would serve as part of the powers on a card and represents the power it has, which is to give lives to the character.

Aqui el proceso.

Comencé en mi cuaderno de apuntes y dibujé a grafito un corazón sencillo. Luego le tomé foto y lo subí a la app Ibis paint X para Android, que es la que utilizo para digitalizar mis trabajos.
Me parece que es una aplicación súper completa.

Here the process.

I started in my notebook and drew a simple heart with graphite. Then I took a photo and uploaded it to the Ibis paint X app for Android, which is what I use to digitize my work. It seems to me that it is a super complete application.

Primero le apliqué un color de base, es como un color rojo cereza, luego dibujé brillos en su laterales para darle un poco de volumen.
Fijé una nueva capa y con un pincel de formas apliqué un especie de tela araña en un color de contraste. Y encima unos engranajes haciéndola similar a una máquina. En este caso se producirán corazones. Además dibujé unas flechas que dan sentido al movimiento de los engranajes.

Ya con estas primeras bases, coloqué un fondo oscuro, y le dibujé un halo de brillo.

Ya en este punto, hice una transformación invirtiendo colores, lo que le dió un vuelco al diseño. Ahora el corazón se ve oscuro y resalta más el engranaje.
Sobre ello dibujé una especie de tirabuzón semejando una fuerza que proviene del interior y explota dando vida, es una forma explosiva que reparte corazones alrededor.

First I applied a base color, it's like a cherry red color, then I drew glitter on the sides to give it a bit of volume.

I set a new layer and with a shape brush I applied a kind of spider web in a contrasting color. And above some gears making it similar to a machine. In this case hearts will be produced. I also drew some arrows that give meaning to the movement of the gears.

Already with these first bases, I placed a dark background, and I drew a halo of brightness.

>Already at this point, I made a transformation inverting colors, which turned the design upside down. Now the heart looks dark and highlights the gear more.
>On it I drew a kind of ringlet resembling a force that comes from within and explodes giving life, it is an explosive shape that distributes hearts around.

This is the finished work. At the end I added some rays, smoke, and sparkles.

Este es un trabajo diferente pero tomando algunos de los elementos iniciales que usé en el anterior trabajo, pero éste es más sencillo que el anterior.

This is a different job but taking some of the initial elements that I used in the previous job, but this one is simpler than the previous one.
