How to do a wheelie on a Bike

1. Adjust the seat to a middle position
2. Start off in a low-to-medium gear, if the gear is to high its difficult
3. Shift your weight forward to pop the front wheel up
4. Then lean back quickly over the rear wheel
5. Control sideways and vertical balance at the same time with your legs
6. You need to be in balance
