Muy buenos dias estimado @blas-training.
Nos encantó la rutína del día de hoy y la verdad que tienes un estado increíble, habla de tu conducta con los entrenos y la nutrición imaginamos.
Estaría geniál que compartas como haces para cuidar esa parte que también es muy importante a la hora de obtener resultados, como es la nutrición.
