Saludos Blas! Me gustaron estos 4 ejercicios, me gustaría hacerlos ya que siento que he perdido fuerza en hombros, porque al momento de hacer el Hs me he balanceado mucho hasta el punto de caerme. Buen post 💪
Saludos Bro, el handstand en la pared tocando los hombros es bastante efectivo para desarrollar fuera y tener más estabilidad para sacar el one arm, buena rutina 💪🏻

Saludos @blas-training, que buena rutina de handstand, definitivamente la voy a aplicar, sé que ya tengo handstand, pero igualmente el realizar estos ejercicios con un poco más de intensidad de ayudará bastante a corregir la postura y seguir dominando este movimiento.
Excelente post hermano, son unos ejercicios muy buenos que me tomaré el atrevimiento de intentarlos
