STEEMIT POSTS, COMMENTS AND ACTIVE USERSHIP IS BACK SOARING!
And we now ask the question - was Steemit's most controversial blogger, the warmongering, yet lovable @sirknight the catalyst?
Three days ago Steemit was floundering. Cast adrift on a sea of uncertainty. Without purpose. In complete disharmony.
Unable to let his beloved platform sink into the abyss of forgotten technologies and myspace, the infamous SirKnight, with his usual 'drill-sergeant' flare, issed the following call to arms.
And rally the troops he did!
With over 100 comments on this post alone, Steemians from all walks of life declared their intent to get out there and comment and post and comment some more to get our stats UP, UP, UP!
And three days into the rally - the stats are heading UP!
An hour ago Steemit's #1 Statistician @penguinpablo published the following charts:
Daily posts including comments have risen from 92,000 back up to 103,000, 105,864 and 106,004 in the 3 days since the call up.
Similarly, 'Daily Active users' has shot back up over the past 3 days.
Add to this a 3 month record in 'posts (excluding comments) per day' at just under 34,000.
Then consider that over the past 3 days we have seen 2,000 new accounts created per day.
Coincidence?
Or the handywork of Steemit's biggest self-proclaimed LEGEND?

We Know that @sirknights powers of persuasion don’t stop at rallying troops. He is also probably the catalyst for the jump in steem price and maybe even the bitcoin rally.

Hahahaha - very funny team! But know this... I can't take all the credit for the uptick in stats over recent days - the credit belongs to all the dedicated Steemians who got out there and started commenting, voting, posting and most importantly - bringing in new friends.

The sign of true strength is that the strong help the weak. Way to go sirknight! we are only as strong as our weakest link so let's all get social on this bitch! lol as nice as it is to receive a reward in sbd or sp it is a really great feeling to receive sincere comments that are relevant to the work you do here on steemit. Sometimes it really sucks to post content of thousand's of words pictures giffs and only receive a response of good post . new users join a community get into some chat rooms here at steemit reply after you read and absorb what the person is saying and steem on!
