First and last time I do this.
When your friend has been nagging you to go run with him and to shut him up you accept the invitation, which ends up being the worse decision of your life.
10 minutes into the run, this so-called best friend, without a single sweat drop asks you if you are fine because you are sitting on the ground.

start by walking... maybe in a safe space with a stick and ball ... then maybe later you can start to venture in the outside world... :D.
